BUDGET REFORM & LOWER TAXES "As a general matter of principle, I do not support increases in taxation or over-regulation on any individual or corporation. With respect to taxation, I believe that government should tailor its spending to accommodate lower taxes rather than tailor its taxes to accommodate higher spending. The Congress must extend the tax cuts of 2001 and 2003 reducing the burden on taxpayers and businesses." - Phil Gingrey
